This policy explains what information Vixo ("we", "us") collects when you use vixo.live (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we process
Your videos
Your videos never leave your device. Speech recognition and video rendering run entirely inside your browser. Your video, its audio, the transcript and the exported file are never sent to us or stored on our servers.
AI model download
To transcribe speech in your browser, the Service downloads an open-source speech recognition model from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) and supporting code from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) the first time you use it. These providers receive standard request information such as your IP address. No video or audio is sent to them.
Usage limits
The free daily limit is counted in your own browser's local storage. We don't keep a record of how many videos you make.
Information stored in your browser
We use your browser's local storage to remember your caption style, your language choice, your daily video count and, if you bought one, your license key. The speech model is stored in your browser's cache. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited time.
Purchases
Paid plans are sold through a third-party payment provider. We don't receive or store your card details. We may receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your license key and provide support.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service: website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), AI model hosting (Hugging Face, jsDelivr), advertising (Google) and payment processing. They process data only as needed to provide their services.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you. Because we don't have user accounts and never receive your videos, we usually hold very little data. To make a request, contact us at legenddangerxd@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
