By using Vixo (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Vixo lets you open a video in your browser, generate captions automatically, edit and style them, and download a video with the captions burned in. Processing happens on your device, so speed depends on your device and browser. The free plan is limited in video length and number of videos per day. Limits may change.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the videos you create.
• You must only use content you own or have permission to use.
• You must not use the Service with content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or hatred, or is intended to harass or deceive.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, overload or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or access it through automated means except as we allow.

Paid plans and license keys

Paid plans are delivered as license keys for a stated period. Keys are personal and must not be shared or resold. We may disable keys that are abused. Refunds are handled under the policy shown at checkout.

Accuracy

Captions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing captions before publishing your video.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
